Motorhead and Pandemonium II problems

I checked the log files, and it seems like it can't find my verite. It has the error "ERROR: Can't init redline/verite" in the log file for both Pandemonium II Demo and Motorhead Demo. They both exit, pandemonium before the game starts, motorhead after I press enter at the splash screen. Any clues?
